If Scandinavia can prove it's worth against any power that tries to unify the German lands, and against the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, it can easily become the dominant power in Europe. Additionally, another roadblock and rival it has to total Baltic domination is the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

Both Burgundy and Scandinavia are united in their effort to stop German unification in any way that they can, after the Great German War.
